HEALTHY LIFE STYLE (STAY FIT AND HEALTHY)
Good day hivers, because of the pandemic and we were almost at home all day. We really can’t stop thinking on what to do to help our days fruitful and do whatever we can think of. That's what happened to me that is why I decided to get some walk or jog because it doesn't cost a lot to take part and you can run at any time that suits you.
It's better to get some walk or jog outside, for our sweats to come out. Because we were almost in the house all day, it is dangerous to our health that we always sit and eat at home.
So I also go out of the house once and exercise and jog for at least 3 kilometers a day or jog in place for 30 minutes to 1 hour. It's not that bad, all I want is to break a sweat that day and hoping that I can do that everyday. All I need is time and effort because to jog everyday and you would be surprised to know that jogging does much more for your body than just helping with weight loss.. It helps the body gain endurance and stamina without being too strenuous. It helps to maintain the health of the heart and mind by strengthening the muscles and bones that's what some research says.
When I came out and while I was jogging someone took(pitik) a picture of me. So I ask him to get some copy of the picture he took.
