My Daily Activities and Steps Report - Jun 2 2021

Hello friends!

If you want to achieve your goals
you need to be healthy. For the
healthy you need to some Sports.
If you can not do any Sports you
should take a walk at least for
1905 Steps daily (According to the
World Health Organization / WHO)


Life is

it count


Yesterday I got up 8am. After the
breakfast I make a training for
the guitar to make a cover song.
It is really hard. I am not ready for
this cover song. If I am ready I will
share about that.

At the afternoon I slept for 2 hours.
Because of last night I slept at mid
night.

In the evening I went to tea shop
and came back home.
Nothing special for today.
