¡He vuelto a Rabona! Ya he hecho una inyeccion de presupuesto junto con la junta directiva para tomar el proyecto deportivo de mi equipo, GameOverFC. 120 Millones de RBN es el presupuesto inicial para mi equipo que ya habia competido antes pero que tuve que dejar por falta de tiempo, como he dicho, estoy de vuelta y venimos con todo.

I'm back in Rabona! I have already made a budget injection together with the board of directors to take over the sporting project of my team, GameOverFC. 120 Million RBN is the initial budget for my team that I had already competed before but I had to leave due to lack of time, as I said, I'm back and we are coming with everything.

Lo primero es hecharle un ojo a mis edificios para revisar donde los deje y que tanta utilidad me pueden dar.

Mis jugadores:

Por supuesto, tras haber estado tanto tiempo sin jugar significa que mi equipo esta devastado, actualmente no tenia ningun jugador en mi equipo y era hora de cambiar eso haciendo uso de un recurso muy poderoso. La cantera.

Este proceso de Scout lo que hace es crear nuevos jugadores y aunque claro que la suerte juega mucho ahi, puedes obtener jugadores muy buenos para tu liga como este de aca arriba, con un sueldo realmente bajo y un desempeño espectacular. Yo en lo personal prefiero siempre hacer scouting para tener jugadores buenos en mi equipo y muy jovenes, siempre disponibles. Para mi nivel de liga cada jugador que supere los 45 puntos de media es perfecto.

Otro punto importante es evitar jugadores con la estadística VUL (vulnerabilidad) superior a 50 puntos, pues mientras mas altasea mas propenso es a lesionarse y la idea es que jueguen muchos partidos.

Segun mi experiencia jugando, lo optimo seria tener 2 porteros, 5 defensores, 5 mediocampistas y 3 atacantes, puedes salir de cualquier duda ante lesiones agregando un jugador mas a cada posicion.

This scouting process on the youth academy what it do is creates new players and although luck plays a big role, you can get very good players for your league like this one above, with a really low salary and a spectacular performance. I personally always prefer to do scouting to have good players in my team and very young, always available. For my league level every player who averages more than 45 points is perfect to join the team.

Another important point is to avoid players with a VUL (vulnerability) statistic higher than 50 points, because the higher this stat are, the more likely they are to get injured and the idea is that they play a lot.

According to my playing experience, the best would be to have 2 goalkeepers, 5 defenders, 5 midfielders and 3 attackers, you can get out of any doubt in case of injuries by adding one more player to each position.

En total 18 nuevos jugadores se han unido a mi plantilla, uno de ellos fue comprado en el mercado, siendo un poco mayor que los demas espero que sea el que lidere al equipo en el campo de juego.

In total 18 new players have sign a contract with my Gameover FC for 4 or 5 years, one of them was bought in the market, being a little older than the others I hope he will be the one to lead the team on the field.

Entrenamientos.

Quiero que mi equipo se enfoque en mejorar la formacion 4-4-2 que es la que quiero utilizar para mis partidos, pero he armado un esquema de entrenamiento en el que cada día se enfoque un punto diferente:

  • Dia 1: Formacion.
  • Dia 2: Velocidad.
  • Dia 3: Pase.
  • Dia 4: Resistencia.
  • Dia 5: Drible.
  • Dia 6: Disparo.
  • Dia 7: Cabezazo.

Y luego reiniciar el sistema de entrenamientos.

Trainings.

I want my team to focus on improving the 4-4-2 formation that I want to use on this season for my games, but I have put together a training scheme of seven days that focuses on a different point each day:

  • Day 1: Formation.
  • Day 2: Speed.
  • Day 3: Passing.
  • Day 4: Endurance.
  • Day 5: Dribbling.
  • Day 6: Shooting.
  • Day 7: Header.

And then restart the training system.

Conclusiones.

No queda mucho mas que hacer por ahora si no esperar al final de esta temporada y que llegue la siguiente donde mi equipo va a ir con todo por la liga. La proxima semana traere una actualizacion de mi avance y de como va funcionando mi equipo, asi que no te lo vayas a perder. There is not much else to do for now with my renovation of the team, all have been done by now, but wait for the end of this season and the next one where my team will be going all out for winning the league.
