Negative impacts of technology
First of all, I want to make it crystal clear that I am not against technological advancement, In fact I think technology is a must for us. We are humans and we must evolve. The reason I am writing this article is to make people aware that despite being a positive thing, technology also have negative impacts which can affect our lives in a negative way.

- Guns, missiles, bombs, rockets etc.
In the past, It was not as easy as it is now to kill tens of , hundreds of or even thousands of people within a very short span of time.
People fought for months to kill some 200, 300 people but now just by pressing the button a mass of people can be killed without any remains of dead ones.
An average of 124 people died from gun violence everyday in 2020, According to a report from center for gun violence solutions.

- Reduced physical activity.
There is no doubt that people are spending more time on social media apps rather than doing some physical activity. Technological advancements have made life sedentary. Especially children and young people, Their body demands more physical movement rather than just scrolling down the screen.

3.Cyber bullying.
Some people use the technology to tarnish people's image in the society. Just by clicking and sharing the content that harms a person's image. They easily succeed in doing so. For some people it might not be a big deal but some people may go to depression and other mental problems.

- Health problems.
Excessive use of mobile phones or laptops may cause eye and ear problems. The blue light which emits from your screen may cause you eye problems. Teenagers use earphones all day when they listen to lecture or songs they have earphones in their ears which may harm their ears and cause hearing problems.
5.Sleeping habits.
Imagine if you did not have mobile phone and you are already in bed, what will you do? The answer is quite simple, you will sleep. On the other hand, if you have a phone there are chances that you check your accounts just before sleeping and you might spend quite good hours on your phone and disturb your sleeping habits.
