7 Kilómetros en Ciudad Casarapa (ENG/ESP)

Saludos, comunidad de Hive, espero que todos se encuentren muy bien, en el día de hoy mes vengo a compartir un post con la comunidad de Hive Running.

In the day I decided to advance more than 5 kilometers, it is necessary to advance a little, and the truth is that I knew that I could, but I did not know how much would be the route, I only knew that it ended where I started to run.

En el día decidí avanzar algo más que 5 kilómetros, es necesario avanzar un poco, y la verdad es que sabía que si podía, más no sabía cuanto sería el recorrido, solo sabia que terminaba donde comencé a correr.

Before starting I stretched very well, so it took me the necessary time, I had no hurry, I only had an errand to do, let's say that would be the rest of this jog, otherwise everything was fine. One thing I knew for sure was that the sun would be with me in an attempt to keep me company, since it was 8 o'clock in the morning, the whole atmosphere was already hot.

Antes de comenzar me puse a estirar muy bien, por lo cual tarde el tiempo necesario, no tenía apuros, solo tenía un mandado que hacer, digamos que ese sería el resto de este trote, de resto todo estaba muy bien. Algo si tenía claro, es sol me acompañaría de forma intenta, ya que eran las 8 de la mañana, todo el ambiente ya estaba caliente.

Once ready, I started the descent, since my first goal was to buy the package I had to buy, that kiosk was outside the urbanization, and the urbanization is located on a mountain. On the other hand, I did the route in the opposite way, that means that I would have to run uphill.

Una vez listo, comencé la bajada, ya que mi primer objetivo era comprar el paquete que tenía que comprar, ese kiosco quedaba en las afuera de la urbanización, y la urbanización se encuentra en una montaña. Por otro lado, el recorrido lo realicé de forma contraria, eso significa que me tocaría correr en subida.

As you can see the slope was intense, so I tried to be very careful with the steps, likewise when I was climbing, any mistake could generate some discomfort, a situation that happened to me at kilometer 7, I touched a small downhill where I loosened a little abdomen to step and I felt some discomfort, which accompanied me until the end.

Como pueden apreciar el Desnivel fue intenso, por lo cual trate de tener mucho cuidado con las pisadas, de igual forma cuando estaba subiendo, cualquier error de pisada podría generarme alguna incomodidad, situación que me paso en el kilómetro 7, me toco una pequeña bajada donde afloje un poco el abdomen al pisar y sentí una cierta incomodidad, que me acompaño hasta el final.

I appreciate my results, I am very grateful and I hope to continue jogging, it really makes me very happy to be able to drain my processes or work problems through jogging.

Aprecio mis resultados, lo agradezco mucho y espero seguir trotando, de verdad que me hace muy feliz poder drenar mis procesos o problemas laborares a través del trote.

I remember that in the last kilometer I tried to push myself more with my limbs, it had been a while since I had done this action to move faster, I am happy to recognize this technique that helps me a lot in the climbs.

Me recuerdo que en el último Kilómetro trate de impulsarme más con las extremidades, tenía tiempo que ni realizaba esta acción para avanzar más rápido, me alegra reconocer esta técnica que me ayuda mucho en las subidas.
