    Semua bekerja ke arah yang sama, tidak ada yang berjalan sendiri-sendiri.

  4. Kolaborasi, Bukan Kompetisi
    Saling bantu dan saling melengkapi jadi kunci utama, bukan saling menjatuhkan.

  5. Adaptif dan Solutif
    Ketika ada masalah, tim cepat beradaptasi dan fokus pada solusi, bukan menyalahkan.
