Hari ini kegiatan saya adalah recovery masa pemulihan pasca dirawat akibat sakit beberapa hari lalu.

Penyakit memang tidak kenal siapapun, dia akan datang kepada siapa saja yang tidak berhati-hati, oleh karena itu berhati-hatilah dengan segala kondisi, jaga kesehatan serta pola makan yang benar-benar harus seimbang.

Alhamdulillah hari ini saya sudah bisa beraktivitas kembali dan Insya Allah besok saya akan beraktifitas kembali seperti biasa.

Today my activity is recovery after being treated due to illness a few days ago.

Illness does not know anyone, it will come to anyone who is not careful, therefore be careful with all conditions, take care of your health and have a balanced diet.

Thank God, today I can return to my activities and God willing, tomorrow I will return to my activities as usual.
