Unlocking the Secrets of a Balanced Lifestyle
Dear Readers my todays’ topic is ‘Lifestyle’. Let me first analyse the word to get a simple meaning of the word. Life and Style, as per my understanding the word life means one’s ‘Living’ or ‘Existence’ and the word Style means the ‘Way of Living’. Simply it is understood that every life has a particular way of living in the world. The way of living or style includes many things such as; his style, system, form and pattern adopted for various fields.
The way of living in the society, the relationships, personal appearances, health, habits, choices of dresses, dealing with family members, friends and relatives, attitude, behaviour, thinking and thoughts, ideas, selection of food, fruits & friends and many more. In all the above the most important and essential is the ‘Health’.
A good health promotes a healthy lifestyle and a healthy lifestyle has a great impact on a persons’ relationships, personal appearances, health, habits, choices of dresses, dealing with family members, friends and relatives, attitude, behaviour, thinking and thoughts, ideas, selection of food, fruits & friends, it also reflects a persons’ personal identity and characteristics.
The Healthy Lifestyle adopted by a person has a significance which definitely effects the personal fitness level. A non-healthy lifestyle decreases the life and lemmatizes the age and living, while a healthy lifestyle not only keeps alert, aware and fit but also extends the life and age. Adopting a healthy lifestyle has positive and productive influence and impression on one’s personality.
Now having said and understood all the above, it is eminent to get a productive and fruitful information on how to adopt a healthy lifestyle? The first and foremost is the ‘Diet’ a healthy and balanced diet, secondly, eight hours sleep and rest is extremely essential, thirdly, daily/ routine exercise/ walk, fourthly, distancing from smoking and alcohol, regular medical check-up. All these efforts would result in maintaining excellent health and when it is achieved then adoption of healthy lifestyle is not a big deal. Good health would definitely make up a fresh mind and a fresh mind would help, support and promote, acceptance of productive and positive attitude, behaviour, mental approach, thinking, habits, decision making, choices and many more.
Apart from the above, it is extremely important to keep a watch on self in terms of avoiding un-healthy food and diet, maintain and measure weight and physical fitness, avoid sitting at one place for long period of time, avoid or reduce smoking and alcoholic habits.
There are a numerous types of lifestyles, here I was discussing a Healthy Lifestyle, while generally Lifestyle differs from person to person, position to position, situation to situation, city to city, country to country and region to region, it also includes race, caste, ethnicity, religion etc. Simple is that the people living in urban areas have different lifestyle comparing to a person living in rural areas, similarly, a financially strong persons’ lifestyle is different from the lifestyle of a poor person, so general differences do exist in lifestyles while the most productive, dynamic and creative lifestyle is the ‘Healthy Lifestyle’ or we can also name it as the ‘Balanced Lifestyle’. It is not challenging to accept and adopt a ‘Healthy or Balanced Lifestyle’ the fundamental aspect is the commitment, devotion and dedication.
