England made it to the European Cup Final for the first time
England managed to qualify for the Euro 2020 Finals after beating Denmark 2-1 in the semifinals. Two winning goals for The Three Lions, nicknamed the English national team, were obtained from an own goal by Danish player Simon Kjaer in the 39th minute and a goal in Harry Kane's extra time in the 104th minute. Meanwhile, the Danish goal came from Mikkel Damsgaard's feet in the 30th minute.
In the final, England will face Italy. This final is very special for England because it is the first time they have reached the European Cup Final
