When you feel good enough to get out and run errands, I call that a WIN over COVID!!

I have tested negative once again, but I am still dealing with this lingering cough. Just to be safe (and knowing how I am when I hear someone cough near me), I am going to work from home one more week. It will be a challenge getting in my workouts, but I am going to make them happen with this cough.

The neighbor said we would be dealing with the after effects of COVID for weeks and weeks, so I guess I better get ready for the long haul.

I am sorry you have this lingering. I wonder if a steam bath might help? I don't know, but it kind of makes sense to me it might.
