Have you exercised today?
I'm back from the montain biking training and trying to get the hang of posting from my phone. The hardest thing so far is typing without typos {dang dumb fingers}. Training today consisted of a one hour interval routine on mixed terrain. I first began on rural roads and finished taking a peek at the beach. Smelling eucalyptus and cycling amidst nature is a tremendous way to start the day; we get home, shower, stretch, and post. Monday is here and we are ready to tackle the week.
Have you exersided today? I care about people's health and would like to encourage my fella Hive/Liketu followers to go out there and move that bootie. Leave in the comments what you've done today to get the feet rolling. What's your favorote sport?

Just got done with a double workout. I did back and shoulders today and lifted about 18k pounds.

Yes! to cycling; a favorite hobby. Grown-up playing a lot of sports but cycling hits different these days to me.
Isn't it just different? I love swimming, but cycling is just so freeeeee. We can quickly go to a nice place and come back without spending hours outside.
It is. Sometimes, calm soothing experience with suburbs, sometimes with nature. All goes in your own moods. Makes me wander all around.
It definitely is a beautiful ride experience.
