EVERY SATURDAYS TRAININGšŸ„‹

So hello everyone it's me again your @mrpork, So today, I'm gonna show you our every Saturdays training session for every athletes in our school, and lets begin the process.

Every Saturday morning I wake up early just to prepare my self, specially every morning I do some stretchings and more that can make my body warm up, I eat a lot of foods like protein, eggs, and fish to maintain my weight and also it helps me build my body and to hardened my muscles in every morning.

So when I go to school at 8:00am, every member in our taekwondo group do some hammer first when every time we saw each other, that's how we respect our brothers and sisters in our group, because all I know that martial arts its all about respecting people around you, or should I say disciplining each other, that's how our sensie trained to our memebers and specially to me, what he want is to make his son and daughter to be a respectful person, to be fully disciplined and successful.

Some of our memebers dont have a proper training because they dont have the courage and potential to train, sometimes they just want to train if they want to, that's why sometimes sensie get mad of our other memebers, because they dont actually participate what sensie said, that's why sensie is being strict sometimes.

I am happy when I saw sensie chatting our group chat, and he said "All of my athletes out there, my son and daughter, I am sorry that I was so being strict all the time, all I want is to to make you all successful, and my wish for this Christmas is I hope you all participating for what I said to all of you and I hope that you all listening to my advice, I just want to see all of you are improving, so I hope you all listen to me" We were so very lucky to have a sensie like that, I was shock, why would he apologize for being strict? but I am thankful to have a master like that.

So in 8:30am we start our training, and we do some all kinds of kickings like axe kick etc just to learn more about that, but for me not all kickings we train is useful, I just want to learn a kickings that are more useful and able to take down your opponents, sometimes I hot punish when I was got late to arrive at school, I was doing some 100 push ups outside while it was very hot, but It's just okay to me I am willing to follow his orders, it's for my own good.

Every Saturday we train so hard and hard, all athletes dreaming of being a varsity player one day and I hope I can make it, everyone in our memebers prepare for the division meet just to win and some of them aren't willing to train, they just dream but they didn't show an action, after our break time we just taking a rest for a while and drink some water for anti dehydration, and back to train again.

Sometimes we do some shadow sparing to learn some moves for being in front of the enemy, to know the rules, but sometimes me and my friends laugh each other because if we got accident mistakes we just laugh to each other, but some how we were doing it great we, were so serious and trying to focus more, and fight for our dreams and family.

So after we done our training, all of the athletes go to the gym for having a meeting, it's just all about sensie's advice, and sensie is always doing that, he just keep on giving us an advice just to make his son and daughter change a lot, and after that, sensie want to close our eyes to pray and go home safe.

I like the way your sensie teaching you martial arts.
I also like martial arts and training in the gym.
You have done a marvelous job by doing 100 pushups.
