The diet is working

Goodness gracious guys! It is working! Remember how I was 82kg 4days ago? Now I am 79.75kg! That's 2.25kg gone...melted away not by exercise but by food intake and calorie count! Incredible! I have been having light fruits like apples, carrots and pawpaw for breakfast. For lunch, I have been taking high protein meals of beans, plantain and fish. In the evening, I take a little more fruit and lots of water.

I am beginning to feel a little lighter and I hope I can keep this up till the end of the year. It would be really cool to be 70kg again and able to fit into size 12 clothes. Anyone out there who would like to do the same and be my fitness partner is most welcome to drop a comment below. It would be lovely to support each other through the slow and arduous weight loss journey.

Nice progress you are making. I would like to suggest you consume more of cucumber after drinking a glass of water every morning. Cucumbers are known for quick weight loss

Oh yes! I have been told this. In fact, I bought cucumbers already but I really do not like the taste at all. I guess I would just have to try until it becomes an acquired taste. Thanks a lot for this tip

Wow, thats good to know. I was on weight loss program too some two months ago but somehow my interest waned. I could go back you know. I even had a dance video. I ate lots of vegetables too, drank tummy water, and really looked good. Thanks for awakening that again, i should start up right away.
