No sólo agarramos los Kettlebells seis días por semana, también aumentamos el volumen (más repeticiones).
La vuelta de las vacaciones trajo una cineantropometría no esperada, reducimos tejido magro y eso no está bien.
Más volumen, pero menos intencidad (menor peso)
Espero repuntar esta semana con los pasos, las obligaciones hay que resolverlas pero una cosa totalmente distinta es dejarse estar.
