A little sport to keep in shape 💪🏻🏓









Hello friends ✌🏻
A couple of days ago I attended some beach tennis games that I had arranged with some friends, although the group where we are in WhatsApp is soccer, we do not close to practice other sports hahaha as it was in this case, because to hang out, enjoy and above all maintain physical fitness, it is good for all of us.
It's cool because it came up quite "random" so to speak because we had agreed once to go, and it never happened because many of the members of the group (including me) had very busy days with other jobs, so one day before everyone agreed to go and only had to notify, and the schedule they made the rental, it was perfect because it was more than free.
What I must emphasize, is that I am impressed that my physical condition is improving, I endure more games playing and I have less fatigue, and we are talking about 2 hours of play where the breaks are for a short time. Of course, it is not that I spend a thousand years without exercising, in fact I have my routine at home, but as far as sports like soccer, Beach Tennis and even basketball, I used to get tired very quickly, so I can sense that there is an advance, and that makes me happy. ✌🏻
