England V Scotland The enemy is at the gates
One of the biggest fixtures for an England fan is a game against Scotland in a major competition and this doesn't happen very often as the odds of drawing the same group and Scotland qualifying are quite low but that time is approaching very soon and nerves are tense and the excitement is building.
The first game between these two nations happened in 1872 with a 0-0 draw, there has been a total of 114 meetings with the biggest win being England 9-3 in 1961.

With the amount of skilled attacking players playing for England, I was surprised to see they didn't score 1 single goal against the much weaker Scotland. Before the tournament started I think England could be one of the candidates but seeing their poor performance I don't think they stand a chance, although surprises can always happen.
