Mi nombre es Moisés Guevara y esta es mi Presentación a la cadena de bloques
#hive, a través del proyecto SWC. Me uno a SWC de la mano de Dilan Melendez,
@dilanbrad, lÃder del Clan Hanma. Soy de Puerto Cabello, una ciudad costera del estado Carabobo, Venezuela. Tengo 19 años y quiero compartir mi presentación como usuario. Mis inicios en la Calistenia comenzaron en 2018, pero tuve varios inconvenientes por mis estudios. Volvà a retomar la Calistenia a inicios de 2020, en el marco de la pandemia.
Comencé entrenando ejercicios básicos como flexiones, fondos y dominadas. Poco a poco iba agarrando fuerza hasta llegar a hacer ejercicios más avanzados, de ahà creé mis propias rutinas para la resistencia, fuerza e hipertrofia. La que me motivó a seguir entrenando fue mi madre, ya que me decÃa que cada dÃa estaba más musculoso, eso me impulsó a dar más de mà y a evolucionar en mis objetivos. Comencé a ver videos de Calistenia, sobre todo de trucos como la full planche, front lever, etc. Cada vez que veÃa eso me impulsaba a dar todo por llegar ahÃ.
Actualmente sigo entrenando y he mejorado tanto en mi desarrollo como atleta como en mi disciplina y eficacia. Mis próximos objetivos son desarrollar y perfeccionar los elementos estáticos en la Calistenia e ir evolucionando, paso a paso, para lograr mis objetivos como atleta. Motivaré y ayudaré a las personas que estén comenzando este deporte, ya que mi otro objetivo es ser entrenador personal y coach, para ayudar a las personas que necesiten una solución en este deporte.
Mis otras metas serÃa estudiar Fisioterapia, la ciencia del deporte y la salud ya que me beneficiará más en lo que me gusta. Mis pasatiempos son leer y divertirme entrenando rutinas nuevas y aprender, cada dÃa, cosas nuevas de este deporte y como comenzó todo lo que se conoce hoy en dÃa.

@dilanbrad, leader of the Hanma Clan. I am from Puerto Cabello, a coastal city in Carabobo state, Venezuela. I am 19 years old and I want to share my presentation as a user. My beginnings in Calisthenics began in 2018, but I had several problems due to my studies. I returned to Calisthenics at the beginning of 2020, within the framework of the pandemic.
I started training basic exercises like push-ups, dips and pull-ups. Little by little I gained strength until I was able to do more advanced exercises, from there I created my own routines for resistance, strength and hypertrophy. The one who motivated me to continue training was my mother, since she told me that every day I was more muscular, that encouraged me to give more of myself and to evolve in my goals. I started watching Calisthenics videos, especially tricks like the full planche, front lever, etc. Every time I saw that it motivated me to give everything to get there.
Currently I continue training and have improved both in my development as an athlete and in my discipline and effectiveness. My next goals are to develop and perfect the static elements in Calisthenics and evolve, step by step, to achieve my goals as an athlete. I will motivate and help people who are starting this sport, since my other goal is to be a personal trainer and coach, to help people who need a solution in this sport.
My other goals would be to study Physiotherapy, sports science and health as it will benefit me more in what I like. My hobbies are reading and having fun training new routines and learning, every day, new things about this sport and how everything that is known today began.
