Nuthin But A G thang: March 13 2025
It was a cloudy night.
Today was another busy day. I didn't have much time to work out just enough time for a quick little walk. I guess it was just one of those days.
I finished the day with over 8,000 steps. I got 30 active minutes. Most of that was from doing chores. I also had five flights of stairs.
Continuing with the theme: Each night I post the song that was playing as I ended the workout and use that as the title for the post for that day. Today's song was nothing but a g thing by Dr. Dre. This is nothing other than a classic if you like 90s rap. It's one of my favorite songs and it's an all-purpose song. Really good for riding in your car.
Anyway, that's it for tonight. Tomorrow's goals are 12,000 steps and low-carb.
