Maniac: March 1 2025

There's not much to say today. I don't have much time to post. I rested pretty much all day. I needed it after dancing so hard last night. I barely managed to get 10,000 steps. I did get 12 flights of stairs though. I'm going to have to get a new Fitbit because this one keeps breaking down. I know I had more active minutes than that.

Continuing with the theme: Each night I post the song that was playing as I ended the workout and use that as the title for the post for that day. Today that song was Maniac as performed by Heather Parisi. I always laugh when I see this video it lives rent free in my head. I told my daughter I'm going to dance like this next year.

Well, that's it for tonight. Tomorrow's goal is 10,000 steps and 1800 calories.
