Supersonic: August 14 2024
Yesterday was a bit of a down day for us. We did a tour of University of Tennessee which was a little bit of walking. It was made worse because it was hot. Afterwards we spent time shopping. Which is where I got the photo above.
I finished the day with about 14 thousand steps. The 20 active minutes came from the college tour walk. It took longer than that but we kept stopping. I also managed 18 floors.
Continuing with the theme: Each night I post the song that was playing as I ended the workout and use that as the title for the post for that day. Yesterday it was "Supersonic" by JJ FAD. This is an oldie but goodie. My kids were confused because they were expecting Fergalicious.
Well that's it for yesterday. Today was a really fun packed day, but I will have to pay that tomorrow.
