My Actifit Report Card: December 30 2023
Today, I started to get a little bit back on track. Went for another short walk this morning then out for some shopping. I spent most of my day just spending time with visiting relatives. However, at the end of the day I found some time for a quick workout.
Today was back and biceps day. I went a little harder than my previous workout increasing in both weights and sets. I also incorporated another exercise to add in. I am still figuring out what my routine will be. I'm kind of limited on equipment though. So far I only have some dumbbells and a bench. If you guys know any good back and bicep exercises, let me know.
Today I ended up with over 10k steps and 13 flights of stairs. I'll talk to y'all later.
