Done Camino, the exactly same variation. 3,5 months is a correct estimation (done 111 days, but started east of Krakow). If you would like to do it, let me know - could support it with know-how.

One day on the Way, I had an idea - a foundation, that would help those who would like to do it in a traditional way - starting from home, walking everyday and carrying all the equipment. Hope one day this idea will come true. We could support you then :)

fantastic to know someone who did it all the way from Poland. Maybe this idea or temptation will have to wait for my retirement, but who knows?

My estimate is based on a few mountains trails I've completed. Ex, I've done Główny Szlak Beskidzki averaging just below 30km per day.

Pozdrawiam,
Marcin

I encourage going to Santiago a lot - amazing experience.
Through the way, 30km/day is a standard, however at the end (after few months of walking, and with proper infrastructure), it can be easily 30+. I was "racing" with one guy in his 50s or 60s, who was doing the 30+ daily for a long time (went from Netherlands), so definitely it is doable.
