Coffee beans brewing shop

Recently, I had the opportunity to visit a coffee bean roasting establishment in my neighborhood. With several roasting places around, I had always aspired to pay a visit, but the distance had led me to postpone my plans until I had more time. However, after purchasing an electric bicycle from my nephew, I seized the moment to explore this roaster I had been eager to see.

Upon arrival, I discovered the owner engrossed in the art of roasting coffee beans with a sophisticated machine. There was also a delightful coffee shop adjacent to the roasting area, where I sampled the Italian blend. This unique blend, featuring Brazilian, Colombian, and Indonesian beans, offered a pleasantly sour profile complemented by a refreshing acidity. To accompany my coffee, I enjoyed a doughnut, and the delightful contrast between the sweetness of the doughnut and the tangy notes of the coffee created a harmonious pairing.

The Italian blend was so exquisite that I decided to purchase a 400g package to take home. It’s worth noting that in Japan, many elderly individuals remain quite active and dedicated to maintaining their careers, which I find admirable. It gives me hope that I, too, might find a fulfilling role that I could sustain in the long run. Next time, I look forward to exploring a different blend of coffee!

先日、近所にあるコーヒー豆の焙煎所へ行ってきた。近所に焙煎所は数件あって、ここへはいつかは行きたいと思っていたけど、少し遠いので時間ができたときに行こうと思っていた。先日、電気自転車を甥っ子から買い取り、少し行動範囲が広がった、そこで早速、行きたかったこの焙煎所へ行くことにした。焙煎所へ行く、オーナーさんが焙煎機械を使って忙しくコーヒー豆を焙煎していた。喫茶店も併設されていて、イタリアンブレンドと言うブラジル産、コロンビア産、インドネシア産のコーヒー豆のブレンドを選んで飲んでみた。少し酸味があって、その酸味がすごく美味しかった。ドーナツも一緒に食べて、その甘さと酸味のあるコーヒーが合わさって最高だった。そのイタリアブレンドのコーヒー豆がおいしく400gのコーヒー豆も購入した。日本は高齢者が元気で現役で頑張って仕事を生き生きとしている。私も何か長く経営できる仕事を持つことができればいいなと感じている🎵 次はまた違うブレンドコーヒーを飲みたいです。
