My Actifit Report Card: October 8 2023 - 10082023

We had a really good weekend. I came to visit Härjedalen region for the first time in a long time. I was able to spend a relaxing weekend with Sambo's family. I am very grateful to Sambo's mom who cooks really delicious meals every time we visit, Sambo's dad who shares with us the wisdom of life in Häjedalen region (this time, how to cultivate the land and get ready for snow removers), and Sambo's grandmothers who always wecheerfus with their kindness. Today, we went to see my sambo's grandmother on my way home. It was good to see her cheerful face. I hope she is always in good health.

It is a small town, but even in this small town there is a local restaurant that is loved by all the locals. I ordered herring steak and mashed potatoes, which is a traditional Swedish dish and one of my favorites. It was really delicious 🎵 I hope I will visit there again before I go back to Japan. 😊

本当によい週末を過ごすことが出来た。 久しぶりにヘリエダーレン地方へ遊びに来た。週末はサンボの家族とゆっくりと過ごすことが出来た。本当に美味しい食事を遊びに行く度に作ってくれるサンボママ、行く度に色々なヘリエダーレン地方での生活の知恵を教えてくれるサンボパパ、いつも優しく迎えてくれるサンボお祖母ちゃんたちには感謝でいっぱいです。今日は、帰り道にお祖母ちゃんに会いに行った。元気そうな顔を見れてよかったです。いつまでも元気でいてね。

小さな町ですが、この小さな町にも地元のみんなに愛されるローカルレストランがあります。わたしが注文した、ニシンのステーキとマッシュポテトは本当にスウェーデンの伝統料理でわたしの好物でもあります。 本当に美味しかったです🎵
