My Actifit Report Card: July 13 2023 - 07132023

A really beautiful Nordic sunset. The sun has slowly set, and even at 9:30 p.m. it is still bright.

It is really relaxing to walk around in a daze and not think about anything. Just walking and recording the scenery is nothing special, but it's a great way to record various memories. The motivation to get 5000 points in #ACTFIT encourages me to walk, which I think is good for my health. Aim for 5000 points!

本当にきれいな北欧の夕日。ゆっくりと日が沈みました。21時30分でもまだまだ明るいです。

なんか、ぼーっと何も考えずに歩くって本当にリラックス出来ますね。ただ歩いて、そこの景色を録画するって何でもないことですけど、色々な思い出を記録する事が出来ていいなぁと思いました。#ACTFIT で5000ポイントをゲットするというモチベーションってわたしにとって歩くことを促してくれて、健康に繋がるなぁって思います。目指せ、5000ポイント！
