It is good that I walked a lot today. I'm trying to walk at least for 30 mins every day to reach 5000 steps 🚶

It's been raining all day long this weekend in Stockholm. The snow has started melting, so that the streets are very slippery because some parts have been frozen ⛄😑

I like January and February.....these months are tranquil in Sweden 🇸🇪 in general. The sun ☀️ goes down around 15:00 and it goes up around 9:00. The daylight 🔆 is pretty limited in these months 🍲 I need to take some vitamin D pills 💊 not to get suffer from depression 🙂
