My Actifit Report Card: October 22 2023

I woke up early today because we were going to the city to attend an event and so I can still do my stretches with yoga stretches before anything else.

The event was almost the whole day, so I was rushing when we got back to cook and work. I'm glad I had prepared lessons for today yesterday.
