My Actifit Report Card: May 21 2023

Hello all, how's your day going? 🤗

It was a super busy time early this morning as I needed to clean up the floor. Quite tough. Anyways, I managed to walk on the boulevard this afternoon and look what I have noticed, dead trees because of the heat obviously. Yeah, these trees gone dry.

Although, I do not like it to rain as it affects me big time, I agree that it's essential. But I wish it only rains moderately.

Honeydew melon is not photogenic but this juicy fruit is so refreshing, perfect for hot and humid weather. I had it before dinner.

I had to quickly prepare lessons when I got back. I got to work, too. Not unusual since I took this job. I am not complaining.

I did my usual stretches with some yoga stretches earlier this morning before anything else.
