My Actifit Report Card: April 14 2023

Hello Actifitters, how's your day going? 🤗

I had a long day yesterday so I thought, I'll just do my actifit report this morning which is a super cool thing that if we missed, we still have the chance the next day. Yay! Thanks Actifit🌹

Yesterday was another walking day with friends, it was hot and humid but well, that didn't stop us to get out there.

I managed to take photos because I was with my sister not an elderly friend. Our elderly friends were walking behind us, then we waited for them so they can catch up. It was so cool to see bananas and papayas planted on the roadside and they're looking so productive.

After our walk we visited distant relatives who are mourning. Then we went to our Uncle's place nearby to give his widow a quick visit.

Then back home I had to prepare lessons, took Max out after and I got to work. Not to forget mentioning doing my stretches early in the morning as well.
