My Actifit Report Card: January 31 2023
It was bright and sunny today. That's how the weather was like around 10am when I did my laundry at the same time done my walking while the washing machine's doing the job. But my afternoon walk was breezy. It was great.
My nephews had gone to the sports complex/stadium where there's a big field for them to practice soccer which is really really good because my sister's plants here are already crying (that's how my sister described them everytime hit by the ball) and a window had been broken. Oh well, they need a bigger space for that game.
I had to do some cooking as well today and prepared lessons, I had quite a lot today than normal. Then work. And oh yeah, done my stretches, too.
