My Actifit Report Card: September 16 2022

I did another longer walk today so that was cool, doesn't matter if it was a bit hot. It was late afternoon so it wasn't that bad and it was threatening with rain but it only rained a bit when I was in a sheltered place already. Good timing.

I did my usual stretches, a bit of yoga stretches, few chores then gone out late afternoon and back in the evening.
