I just finished a 17.8km cycling that lasted about 0hh:35mm:53ss !

Wasn't sore this morning but was just too lazy to run.
So smashed out another Indoor cycle on the exercise bike and did 200 punches. Cros body. Tomorrow will add some pushups!
Amped to run tomorrow.
