50km For August Achieved - Running Recap

It's been a long month 9f August but we have finished. Struggled a bit. But found a pattern that worked and met my goal.

A total of 50kms in running achieved.bhwppt all try around. Was also my most productive month workwise in months.

Here is my report for yesterday. My first 5kms for September.

it's an accumulative score! 50kms over the whole month. 3km to 5kms a session. I'm not a beast just yet! Very far from ultra-marathon level. I wrote this in my sleep so apologies if I was not clear.
