Boxing Training

Description from Strava: Packing some punches and burning some calories in the boxing class tonight. Still not keen to fight but enjoying the training. Coach says I'm getting stronger, even though I still feel like I have a long way to go. My left arm still needs lots of work and gets tired quickly. Despite this had a great class. Tuesdays is always an easier class than Thursday though.
30 mins intense cardio. 30 mins bag work and 30 mins and work. Legs were feeling it during cardio, prob from the cycling!

Hahhaha when the going gets tough I always say I'm challenging my inner rocky! But definitely want to give this a go! There is a bunch of steps at my old uni that reminds me of this scene!
I'm pretty chuffed I'm getting stronger though. Toning up too!
