Morning Indoor Ride
mimismartypants just finished a 17.4km ride, that lasted for 35 minutes.

Description from Strava: Another morning indoor cycle done and dusted. Added another 17kms to the tally so we racking those Kms for the 2023 challenge! Still a long way to go but every bit counts!
Strava also says it's my longest ride on the app so achieved some stats here.
Tried a new music playlist on Spotify but it wasn't very motivating. And didn't want to keep skipping as was trying to focus on my intervals when cycling.
My favourite tracks were:
Pushed intervals on 3 levels today instead of 2 like I usually do. Since my hard level was feeling not so hard. So I did easy, moderate and hard. Was good change of pace to build up and could maintain intervals for longer!

I used to watch TV on my cross trainer, but sometimes you need to focus on putting in the effort. I run listening to podcasts as I have so many to get through.
I hope to see you move up the challenge ranks.

I sometimes watch TV but my bike has a bad speak in it! I need to get it serviced so I can't really hear the TV very well. So prefer just trolling along with earphones! Podcasts are a great idea though! Might give that a go! Ateast I will learn something new! Also used to run with non fiction eBooks! As I prefer to listen to than to read nom fiction! Might start that up again!
