5km Run: Getting Faster

mimismartypants just finished a 5.1km run, that lasted for 43 minutes.
This run helped mimismartypants burn 445.5 calories.

Another 5km run done and dusted. Pushed speed up a little faster and saw a slight improvement in pace. Finished my 5km in 43 mins. Will try to get it down to 42. Slowly but surely I'm. Feeling slightly faster and stronger.

37.15 kms for August so farsnd a total of 5 hours and 25 mins spent running. Hoping to hit at least 50kms.
