Was looking for something different today, something more upbeat and intense and found a great new pregnancy workout challenge by Pregnancy and Postpartum TV. The instructor Jessica Pumple is soft but hardcore. She really pushes you. Got a nice sweat on andbreally keen to tey the next one. Need to get some lighter dumbells to make it easier for me.
