Description from Strava: Another day another ride. Had some time this morning so did a longer ride. Pushing on intervals with my playlist. With each new song I alternated on increasing and decreasing intensity. Was on a roll then had to help the kid with her emergency lol.
Anyways I hit aerobic heart zone for most of the ride. Which is great. And did some damage on my 2024 goal.

Indeed! Tunes get me going. The rides are going good, but my run fitness has gone down the toilet. I guess cardio is cardio though.
I feel that running and cycling need different muscles, but a strong heart is the core of fitness.
