Description from Strava: It's been more than 2 weeks since my last workout. I feel like I have sinned. 3 Mondays ago I started feeling sick and it went downhill from there. All the flu symptoms hit me in stages and I was fatigued and running on 50% energy. Finally started to feel better this weekend and I was back at boxing today.
1 on 1 session with coach and I brought the energy. Despite having injured something in my wrist somehow last night. Might having somethingbto do with burning my fingers with steam last night and smottherinh them with ointment to cool down. But accidents didn't stop coming in the gym and I managed to run into the tyre I threw lol. Let's hope the streak has ended. I managed to do most exercises except those where I had to put pressure or body weight on my hands. So no pushups, mountain climbers or Burpees, they were just too painfully. Writs feels better than this morning though. Will pop some anti inflammatories to get them healed up fast.

Yeah, it's why I have been missing in action. Could just manage the bare minimum. I'm sure you know, being sick as a parent, life carries on and you don't get that time to just rest it out. But we survive and live to tell the tale.
