Hallo zusammen, heute mal wieder ein Actifit Blog, da ich weit über 10.000 Schritte geschafft habe. (14312) Das macht mich echt stolz und die Actifit App hilft mir dabei wirklich mehr zu Fuß zu erledigen und damit auch ein wenig gesünder und fitter zu werden.

Heute habe ich bei einem Besuch im Krankenhaus diese beiden Bilder fotografiert um sie mit euch teilen zu können. Ich finde sie wirklich gut und wenn man sich Zeit nimmt und drüber nachdenkt ist für jeden was dabei. Da bin ich überzeugt von.
