Here is a photo of us dancing he is by the bar and I'm with hands in the air like I just don't care.
Today's training started with a walk down the Southbank, then we found a wahaca bar that was playing music on an outdoor speaker, a fun young lad named Leon was there dancing and we joined him. Sometime the best training is spontaneous.
