My Actifit Report Card: August 5 2024 SWC

Un gran saludo a la comunidad de @Actifit espero se encuentren muy bien y en el día de hoy decidí completar mis 5k pasos saliendo a trotar un rato por la mañana junto a mi amigo @sw-yisus con el cual logre trotar y hacer un buen trabajo de sprint al final del trote, luego de eso nos pusimos a intentar unos estáticos para ver que tal y nos sentiamos super ligeros, ya luego fui a su casa y nos pusimos a conversar un rato, ya a lo último vine a casa de mi abuela lo cual por todo el camino fui completando todos los pasos restantes, fue una buena mañana, productiva y buena para compartirla a la comunidad 🙌🏻

A big greeting to the community of @Actifit I hope you are very well and today I decided to complete my 5k steps going out to jog a while in the morning with my friend @sw-yisus with whom I managed to jog and do a good job of sprinting at the end of the jog, after that we got to try some static to see how we felt and we felt super light, and then I went to his house and we got to talk for a while, and the last thing I came to my grandmother's house which all the way I was completing all the remaining steps, it was a good morning, productive and good to share it with the community 🙌🏻
