Hola a todos amigos de SWC espero que se encuentren muy bien en el día de hoy, en esta otra ocasión vengo a contarles como fue que complete mis 5000 pasos en actifit dónde fui a acompañar a mi mamá a un lugar llamado judibana que es una parte algo lejos de mi casa donde ella tenía que hacer una diligencia, aprovecharía el día para poner los pasos en marcha así igual pasaríamos por casa de una de mis tías que viven por allá, me pondría a tomar unas fotografías de unos insectos conocidos como "cheveves" que sus nombres originales serían langostas (tropidacris), tenía tiempo sin ver unos y hasta ví unos que estaban en pleno desarrolló los cuales estos eran de color negro, amarillo y rojo a diferencia de los adultos que son verdes con rojo, luego de eso pues llegó la hora irnos de regreso a casa, pero aprovechando el tiempo que quedaba decidí pasar un rato por el parque a hacerme una serie rápida de básicos donde realize unas 60 paralelas, 30 dominadas y 20 muscle ups, es lo máximo que hice y lo más rápido que se me ocurrió hacer ya que teníamos poco tiempo y debíamos agarrar transporte rápido, aproveche tomar fotos al parque de judibana y unas que me tomé yo igual, la verdad fue un día bastante productivo y agotador a pesar de todo, pero lo disfruté bastante y espero se vuelva a dar otra visita a esta gran zona donde puedo seguir visitando a mi familia y entrenar como se debe, en todo este trayecto pude completar también los pasos de una forma muy exitosa e entretenida 💪🏻❤️.

Hello to all SWC friends, I hope you are all doing well today. This time I come to tell you how I completed my 5000 steps in Actifit, where I went to accompany my mother to a place called Judibana, which is a bit far from my house, where she had to run an errand. I would take advantage of the day to put the steps in motion, so we could also stop by the house of one of my aunts who live there. I would take some pictures of some insects known as "cheveves" whose original names would be locusts (tropidacris). I hadn't seen some for a while and I even saw some that were fully developed, which were black, yellow and red, unlike the adults that are green and red. After that, it was time to go back home. But taking advantage of the time I had left, I decided to spend some time in the park to do a quick series of basic exercises, where I did about 60 parallel bars, 30 pull-ups and 20 muscle ups. It's the most I did and the fastest I could. I thought of doing it since we had little time and we had to take fast transportation, I took advantage of taking photos of the Judibana park and some that I took as well, the truth is that it was a quite productive and exhausting day despite everything, but I enjoyed it a lot and I hope to return to this great area where I can continue visiting my family and train properly, throughout this journey I was also able to complete the steps in a very successful and entertaining way 💪🏻❤️.
