Description from Strava: Random left and right! I recently started to look into more serious training. Simply to get more aware of my condition and possibly improve. I started listening a Dutch podcast called "Beter worden" which translates to "get stronger". It's a podcast made by pro's and sports scientists. They discuss all kind of do's and don'ts to improve your cycling condition most effectively. This podcast inspired me to get a bit more organized rather than just riding :D
Today I did my first easy training of a training plan with some low power intervals. Later this week I'll do an FTP test to get my baseline straight. Let's see where this will bring me!
