Today I made a little bit of change on my pace, because when I woke up 5am in the morning, it was raining heavy here in my place, so I have to just do a bit of running around the house haha. Yeah I was doing a jogging up and down the staircase and also doing some rotation around the living room and then finishing it with some push ups,

Oh it's almost new year soon! I also need to go around and buy some fire crackers hahaha
