In search for winter. My Actifit Report Card: February 24 2024

I woke up at 5:45 today and got ready for my hiking trip. I had brought a runny nose from my UK trip (work in air conditioned office…). A few years ago that would have been a good reason to stay home. However, where I am now, a clogged left side of the nasal airways is not a reason for skipping hiking (I was ok otherwise - no fever, no cough etc). To clear it, I used herbal tobacco- works great.

We did 25km with 900m of elevation gain. Normally late February in mountains means snow. But this year we see just miserable remains - even at 1100m asl.

I did additional steps by walking to and from train station. My today’s step count equals the total for the last 3 days…
