My Actifit Report Card: February 4 2024 - Sideline cheers and 5000 steps
Despite being unable to participate in the entire celebration due to a cold, I really enjoyed the lively atmosphere from the sidelines.
Sometimes the best lens through which to experience anything is observation.
And that's how, as a self-described wallflower, I ended up walking 5,000 steps!
The day had its own special charm, and the live music made me happy.
So I say goodnight and hopefully fit and healthy again tomorrow.
