Colon Courtside: My Journey Cheering for My Brother While Playing Basketball⛹️
Hi everyone, let me introduce myself again. I'm the one and only memwuai, so today I want to share with you my hivers. Aside from being a student, I also love watching basketball and cheering on the players, especially when the players are my brothers. All my brothers have been basketball players since they were kids, and as their one and only sister, I will always support them by cheering on them. Their passion for the game is inspiring, and it brings our family together. I also run an ukay-ukay business with my friends which helps me manage my expenses as a student. Balancing my studies, business, and supporting my brothers can be challenging, but it's all worth it.☺️
So what are we waiting for? Let's take a look at how the play begins and ends.⛹️🏀
The first thing that we did was ride to the motorcycle and drive by my kuya rommel to go to ecac, but before we went to ecac, we stopped at the skina colon to buy a sting for my brother to drink, and it was my opportunity to buy some load and register it to fb15 because, being an iPhone user, we cannot chat someone on Messenger if your sim doesn’t have a load.
The timing of our arrival coincided with the arrival of another team, so they started to do a little warm-up because it is important to the game. If you start with a warm-up, it helps to prepare the players' bodies, prevent injuries, and improve their performance during the game.
Time to start the play!!🕰️⛹️
To start the play, there is always a jumbled round to determine who will get the ball and who will get the first point.
We all know that basketball is a famous game here in the Philippines, especially here in our place in the city of Naga, and playing basketball helps to improve motor coordination, flexibility, and endurance. It also encourages speed, agility, and strength. These skills are shown to have a positive effect on promoting a healthy body weight and encouraging more physical activity, which can enhance cardiorespiratory fitness and self-esteem.
And by the way, I took a picture of myself before the game started, because I love taking pictures of myself when I feel so pretty.
As the game started, it was the end of the first quarter, and here is the score.
(inuboran-11,colon-12)
The game was very thrilling because there was only one gap.
As the game was starting for the second quarter, many people were already watching, and as the second quarter was about to end because it was already 42 seconds, the score was very thrilling because they all got the same score of 30.
Here is the final score as the second quarter ends.
(All are 32.).
Because the game was so thrilling, the tie went so fast, and it is the end of the 3rd quarter, and here is the score.
(Inuburan-60,Colon-56)
I was sad that time because it was the last waurter, which is the quarter four, and they have four gaps in favor of Inuburan, and I am a fan of Colon.
As the game ends, here is the final score.
(Inuburan-83 and Colon-78)
It was really thrilling because in nine seconds, my brother shot for three points and it went to the basket, but sadly, it bounced and ended up that the ball was not shot, so they lost. But I am very proud of all of the players, especially Colon, because they are very strong, and in a game, there are only two options: whether you will lose or win, and it is normal because it is part of the game.
Losing is part of the game, teaching valuable lessons and fostering growth and resilience.
So that's it for today, Hivers. I hope you enjoyed my blog, and always remember that having a sport, whether you win or lose, is a big experience. Being a cheerleader for the game, just like me, is very rewarding. The thrill of competition, the camaraderie, and the joy of supporting your team create unforgettable memories. Every match, every cheer, and every effort counts, building character and teaching us resilience. Let's cherish these moments and continue to support each other in every game. Thank you for reading, and stay tuned for more exciting stories and insights. Until next time, keep cheering and enjoying the spirit of sportsmanship!
