My 5th Place Nationally at the I Compete Natural Body Building Championship
If you have been following along on a few of my other blogs you would have read that I recently commenced my own company in the sports nutrition and supplements industy. Focusing on Australian made and manufacturerd supplements.
As someone who has been training for close to 20 years I have been doing so naturally without any banned substances or steroids. Which is what led me to develop my own supplements range made her in Australia, as recent studies showcased a broad range of supplements coming in to Australia, while cheap did contain banned substances and some even performance enhancers.
Due to my training naturally I am not as big as many of the behmouths we see on stage around the world. Not saying you can't do that naturally but I haven't been able to acheive that level of size.
I recently jumped into my first rounds of body building championships and had a lot to learn! I didn't do to well and ended up placing 5th in my state and then 5th in my nation.
