The much-anticipated ICN VIC Country Winter Championships will be taking centre stage on Sunday, June 30, 2024, at Pakenham Hall in Pakenham, VIC. This event, organized by renowned promoters Justine and Rohan de Mel, promises a day of thrilling competition and natural bodybuilding for Australia’s best fitness Federation, I Compete Natural.

Event Overview

The championships will kick off at 10 AM, featuring a range of divisions catering to various fitness and bodybuilding categories. Athletes from across the region will converge at the Pakenham Hall, located at the corner of John and Henry Streets, to compete for top honours in this prestigious event.

Entry and Registration

Athletes can enter the competition for a fee of $249, with additional divisions available at $99 each. Entries close at midnight on Tuesday, June 25, 2024. Competitors must check in 60 minutes before their estimated stage time, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. Registration and contest management have been streamlined via the iCompete membership portal, making it easier than ever to participate.

Photography Packages

Participants and their supporters can capture the moment with on-stage photographs available for $49 per division. Additionally, an onsite studio will offer 8-10 high-resolution images for just $50, providing lasting memories of the event.

Backstage Guidelines

To maintain the venue’s prestige, strict backstage guidelines will be enforced. Competitors must bring a towel, wear sandals, and avoid touching walls or furniture. Pre-applied tan and oil are required, with only final touch-ups allowed onsite.

Drug Testing

Ensuring a fair competition, drug testing will be conducted via WADA-accredited urine analysis. Competitors are advised to avoid supplements three days before the event to prevent inadvertent positive tests.
